THEATRE BOX OFFICE: The box office is usually open to personal callers from 10am to 8pm on the day of a performance. Cash and card payments accepted (except Diners and JCB).
ACCESS: Please call 0207 836 8531. Please ask for details when booking and mention if you require an aisle seat, a seat near the front or if you have any other requirements.
The Arts Theatre aims to be welcoming and accessible to all and we are committed to making your visit as easy and enjoyable as possible. However, the Theatre is nearly 100 years old and access may be restricted in certain areas by the building's physical layout.
Wheelchair Users: Step free access is available to the circle seating, front of house staff will be happy to help you. An unisex wheelchair-accessible toilet is located on this level. Please make your requirements known to box office staff when booking your tickets. Concessions are available for disabled patrons.
Facilities for Visually Impaired People: Please mention your requirements when booking and we will do our best to ensure you have appropriate seats, however, early booking is strongly advised.
Assistance dogs are welcome in all areas of the Arts Theatre. Please let the box office know if you'd like to bring your assistance dog into the auditorium and we will try and offer an aisle seat if available. We will also advise you of any special effects in the production that might affect your dog's comfort. The front of house staff will be happy to take care of your dog during the performance if you would prefer.
Facilities for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing: For information on signed and captioned performances please contact the theatre box office on 0207 836 8531. The Arts Theatre does not currently operate an induction loop system.

REMEMBER...Please remember that performances start promptly and latecomers may not be admitted until the interval. If you leave the auditorium during the performance, you may be asked to wait until a suitable break before you can re-enter.
